<p>The present invention relates to a dementia preventing book used as taking medicine comprising contents which enable a patient to read, think, and memorize a sentence during a day or a predetermined time (period) for a brain activity and a mental activity to prevent dementia. The dementia preventing book according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a cover in which a use method of the dementia preventing book, the quantity, and a content source are displayed and a contents paper which comprises the contents of the dementia preventing book. The contents paper comprises a sentence printing unit in which a sentence is printed to offer cognitive stimulus to a brain and generate the brain activity and the mental activity and a dotted line which separates the sentence printing unit from the dementia preventing book. Each sentence printed in the sentence printing unit is different from each other.</p> |
