<p>The present invention relates to a method for synthesizing quercetin-3-O-N-acetyl-xylosamine which is a novel compound in quercetin by expressing an Arabidopsis thaliana UDP-dependent glycosyltransferase (AtUGT78D2) gene, an UDP-N-acetyl-xylosamine synthase (UXNAcS) gene, and an UDP-N-acetylglucosamine 6-dehydratase (UGlcNAcDH) gene derived from Bacillus cereus subsp. in colon bacterium whose metabolism is controlled.</p> |
