<p>The present invention relates to a three-layered streusel bread with castella cream, in which the upper layer is made of castella; middle layer of custard; and lower layer of streusel. The present invention is a bread composed of a soft castella in the upper layer, a sweet custard in the middle layer, and a crispy and nutty streusel in the lower layer, thereby providing a complex taste of sweetness, softness, crispiness and nuttiness. When consumers take a bite of the bread, the consumers feel a soft texture in the roof of their mouth because the soft taste is located in the upper layer of the bread; and feel a different texture by mixing the castella of the upper layer with the custard of the middle layer and the streusel of the lower layer when consumers continue to eat the bread. In addition, the bread can noticeably obtain an appealing shape by heat pressing an iron in the shape of a simplified sun onto the castella of the upper layer.</p> |
