<p>The present invention relates to an electrode for preventing the creation of pin holes and to a manufacturing method thereof. The method of manufacturing an electrode for preventing pin holes according to an aspect of the present invention includes the steps of (a) forming a first plating film of platinum materials on the surface of a base made from titanium (Ti) materials; (b) polishing the surface of the first plating film; (c) forming a second plating film of platinum materials on the polished plating film; (d) and polishing the surface of the second plating film, wherein the second plating film is formed to have at least one layer in step (c), and the surface of the plating film in an each layer can be polished in step (d).</p> |
