<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an aerogel insulation material and an aerogel insulation sheet having the aerogel insulation material. More specifically, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an aerogel insulation material and an aerogel insulation sheet having the aerogel insulation material, wherein the manufacturing method capable of manufacturing aerogel powder into a board by formulating the aerogel powder to be a board type or a flexible type is capable of maintaining a high insulation performance by maximally maintaining a high porosity in the aerogel powder, is capable of widening the utilization range of the aerogel powder by manufacturing the aerogel powder into various shapes, and is capable of fundamentally preventing the aerogel powder from being scattered. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method capable of manufacturing the aerogel powder into the board by formulating the aerogel powder to be the board type or the flexible type is capable of manufacturing the aerogel insulation material by mixing a volatile organic solvent and a binder, rubber, or silicone after primarily stirring the volatile organic solvent, thereby maintaining the high insulation performance by maximally maintaining the high porosity in the aerogel powder, widening the utilization range of the aerogel powder by manufacturing the aerogel powder into various shapes such as the hard board type or the flexible type, and fundamentally preventing the aerogel powder from being scattered.</p> |
