The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting synthesis of a microtube of Phytophthora capsici comprising peptide including an amino acid sequence selected from a group consisting of a first to five sequence, and a eight sequence of a sequence list. The composition of the present invention is specifically bound to alpha-tubulin which is a sub unit forming the microtube playing an important role in maintaining cell division, mobility, and shape in Phytophthora capsici, thereby inhibiting formation of the microtube. |
