Disclosed is a phase shifter for shifting the phase of a signal. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a phase shifter includes an input part which separates an input signal from signals having different phases, a connection part which changes at least one among the size and phase of the signals, applies it to loads, and receives a reflection signal which is the applied signal reflected by the loads, and an output part which generates an output signal having a predetermined phase difference with regard to the input signal based on the reflection signal. |
