The present invention relates to a lens type LED module for a channel sign, which is capable of manufacturing a slim advertisement plate by reducing the height of a channel letter by widening a light emission angle, increasing a lifetime thereof by improving waterproof performance, and preventing components from being damaged in an insert-injection manufacturing process. For this, the lens type LED module for the channel sign according to the present invention prevents the electric components from being damaged by preventing contact between the electric components and molding solutions by forming an external case of the LED module with insert-injection to expose the electric component protection window and the diffusion lens in the combination with a printed circuit board to cover the LED device and the electric components by integrating an electric component protection window which isolates the embedded electric components from the other region to control an LED device in the LED module and a diffusion lens to cover the whole side of the LED device for the light diffusion of the LED device with transparent materials and improves the visibility of the channel letter when the height of the channel letter is reduced by widening the light emission angle of the LED device. |
