The present invention relates to an apparatus to manufacture a door reinforcement frame for a refrigerator which includes: left and right base plates respectively installed to horizontally be moved on both left and right sides of an upper surface portion of a main base body, and fitting and connecting both ends of the front and rear members having both left and right sides bent in right angles with a connection bar have a door reinforcement frame tentatively assembled in a quadrilateral frame shape to be mounted while horizontally being laid; left and right detachment prevention bars installed in the front and rear edge portions of the upper surface portions of the left and right base plates to be rotated in a predetermined angle by a rotary motor in order to prevent the front and rear members of the door reinforcement frame mounted on the left and right base plates from being detached upward; left and right edge fixers pressing and fixing the door reinforcement frame mounted on the left and right base plates from the outside to prevent the door reinforcement frame from being moved by an edge fixing mold installed in rear edge portions of the upper surface portions of the left and right base plates to horizontally be moved by a fixing cylinder; and left and right caulkers installed in the central edge portions of the upper surface portions of the left and right base plate to be symmetrical to each other, and pressing the front and rear members on a portion wherein the connection bar supported by being mounted on a central support mold disposed on the left and right base plates is fitted in accordance with the pressing operations of a plurality of caulking pins horizontally moved by a pressing cylinder in order to caulk a joint portion of the door reinforcement frame to enable the door reinforcement frame to integrally be connected; and a door reinforcement frame for a refrigerator manufactured by the same. |
