Disclosed is an idle stop and go (ISG) apparatus of a vehicle. The ISG apparatus of a vehicle includes a motor-convertible pump placed at a side of an engine of a vehicle to generate hydraulic pressure by high-pressure oil stored in a pressure accumulator to execute a function of a hydraulic motor to operate an engine or provided to execute a function of a hydraulic pump accumulating oil stored in an oil tank in high-pressure; and a valve body which is formed between an oil supply line connecting the motor-convertible pump to the pressure accumulator and an oil discharge line connecting the motor-convertible pump to the oil tank to have a circulation valve opened to prevent oil from being transferred to the motor-convertible pump from the pressure accumulator or the oil tank when the motor-convertible pump does not function as a hydraulic motor or a hydraulic pump, thereby forming a closed circuit to enable oil to circulate within the closed circuit, wherein the valve body includes a first valve having a front end connected to the pressure accumulator, and a rear end connected to the oil supply line; a third valve having a front end connected to the oil tank, and a rear end connected to the oil discharge line; a second valve having a front end connected to the front end of the first valve, and a rear end connected to the rear end of the third valve; a fourth valve having a front end connected to the rear end of the first valve, and a rear end connected to the front end of the third valve; and a control unit selectively opening and closing one or more valves in the valve body. |
