#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves applying a polymer coating on a radiation-sensitive coating (4') arranged on a carrier. The applied polymer coating is structured according to sample in order to form a radiation mask (5'). The radiation-sensitive coating is irradiated and developed. The polymer coating contains fine light-absorbing and/or light-reflecting particles particularly soot (black carbon) or fine metal particles, pigments and/or radiation-absorbing chemicals. Suspension is manufactured by fine metal particles in gelatin by reduction of metal salts dissolved in gelatin particularly silver halide. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for manufacturing a printing plate (Claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method involves applying a polymer coating on a radiation-sensitive coating arranged on a carrier and the applied polymer coating is structured according to a sample in order to form a radiation mask, and hence ensures easy, cost-effective manufacturing of a printing plate and thus provides sample-supporting printing plate. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The figure shows a sectional view of a blank. 1 : Carrier tube 2 : Front side cover plate 3 : Axle stub 4' : Coating 5' : Radiation mask 6' : Structuring mask 9 : Lamp 10 : Light-band 18 : Printing plate #CMT#INORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# The photo resistant layer is made of gelatin or polyvinyl alcohol. A photo-sensitive tanning agent, e.g. potassium bichromate, is attached to the gelatin and/or the polyvinyl alcohol. #CMT#POLYMERS : #/CMT# The photo resistant layer is made of synthetic resin, particularly epoxy resin, polyester resin or methylmethacrylic resin.
|
