The present invention relates to a vertical type blender for a food material, comprising: a stirring box fixed and supported directly on a food material container by a support of a blender body frame; a geared motor loaded in the stirring box and driving the rotation of a string tool; a center shaft which droops toward the center in the food material container from the stirring box; rotary bowls which rotate together with the center shaft by the geared motor; and first and second eccentricity stirring shafts which droop toward an eccentric portion in the food material container from the rotary bowls in parallel with the center shaft, and are shaft-supported to spin in the rotary bowels, respectively, wherein when the center shaft is rotated, the first and second eccentricity stirring shafts revolve around the center shaft in the same direction, through the rotary bowls rotating together with the center shaft, and here, the first eccentricity string shaft spins in a reverse direction to the revolution direction and the second eccentricity stirring shaft spins in the same direction as the revolution direction. Here, the distance between the first eccentricity stirring shaft and the center shaft is shortened, and a first stirring bar having a larger rotation diameter than the radius of the food material container is connected to a lower end of the first eccentricity stirring shaft. The distance between the second eccentricity stirring shaft and the center shaft is lengthened like the second eccentricity stirring shaft, and a second stirring bar having a smaller rotation diameter than the radius of the food material container is connected to a lower end of the second eccentricity stirring shaft. In addition, the spin traces of the first and second stirring bars do not interfere with each other or do not overlap each other. |
