摘要 A floor structure reducing floor noise transmitted to a bottom and a wall of an apartment house and a construction method thereof are provided. The floor structure reducing floor noise transmitted to a bottom and a wall of an apartment house comprises: a lower PE damp proofing material installed on a bottom surface of a concrete slab and a lower part of a wall base of a wall being in contact with the bottom surface; a wall EPS insulating material installed on a surface vertical to the lower PE damp proofing material in a banding manner; a space forming noise blocking member which is installed on the surface horizontal to the lower PE damp proofing material and includes a sound absorbing material attached to a lower side of an uneven plate with uneven parts; an upper PE damp proofing material installed on the space forming noise blocking member and the wall EPS insulating material; a bottom EPS insulating material installed on the upper PE damp insulating material to be in contact with the wall; and a finishing mortar layer which is formed on the bottom EPS insulating material to be in contact with the wall and has a heating pipe installed therein. According to the present invention, the floor structure reducing floor noise transmitted to a bottom and a wall of an apartment house can be excellent in blocking floor noise, maximize consumption of heat energy, and maintain the noise blocking performance regardless of change in temperature by forming a space of an uneven structure with a noble member simultaneously satisfying performances of blocking and absorbing noise, and can maximize a floor noise blocking effect by reinforcing the bottom surface and the wall base members, and can be easily constructed and provide an economical, clean, and silent space.
