<p>The present invention relates to a laser diode module configuration of a lead frame type having a TO shape. The present invention is to functionally improve the structure and the alignment of a light receiving element, to reduce errors generated by the overlap of wires due to wiring, and to use a shorter wire to reduce costs. The present invention according to the purpose allows a light receiving element to be formed with a sub type to function as a sub mount in the back surface of a laser diode and designs an electrode pattern for arranging an electrode in a distant location in consideration of a wiring path to prevent an overlap between the wires for wiring.</p> |
