<p>PURPOSE: A door for a vehicle air conditioner is provided to improve the strength of the door plate by forming S-type curved stepped portions on the door plate. CONSTITUTION: A door for a vehicle air conditioner comprises a rotary shaft(110) which is installed on an air conditioner case, a door plate(120) which is formed on at least one side of the rotary shaft, and a reinforcing unit(130) which is formed on the door plate to enhance the strength of the door plate. The reinforcing unit includes stepped portions(131) which are formed convex from the door plate surface with an S-shaped profile. The stepped portions are thinner than the flat part of the door plate.</p> |
