A process for making fish tocino comprising the steps of: cleaning a fish with a cold water; filleting said fish using a filleting knife; soaking said fillet in a marinade comprising of turmeric powder, pineapple juice, anisado wine, kalamansi extract, garlic powder, iodized salt, refined sugar and white pepper for 1 hour; and vacuum packing said marinated fish using PPE bags. |
