摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing immortalization cell line of standard genes for analyzing cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP 2D6) gene type included in the human body and uses thereof and, more specifically, a manufacturing immortalization cell line, which is manufactured by which B cells in a resting period used for analyzing Korean gene type is separated from whole blood of the human body and is changed into B lymphcytic leukemia (LCL) cells which can proliferate by using an EBV virus, and use of genomic DNA separated from the manufactured cell line for screening Korean CYP 2D6 gene type as a standardized gene material. In the present invention, mutants from the CYP 2D6 gene is easily found in Koreans through various analysis methods which analyzes single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of Korean CYP 2D6 genes and can be cost-effective and reduce a processing time by using standardized gene materials. In addition, the mutant gene is used for predicting abnormal symptoms which can happen.
