The invention relates to a unit (1) for commanding the opening of a door from the inside and comprising a body (3), at least one rigid fixing means (9) capable of reacting load for fixing said unit (1) to a structural element (13) and at least one elastic means (11) configured to able to press against said structural element (13) in order to apply thereto a thrusting force aimed at pressing the fixing means (9) or the body of the unit (3) firmly against said structural element (13).
