The present invention relates to a super absorbent resin that has excellent initial water absorption and is watertight under pressure, even after time has elapsed, and concurrently optimizes, to predetermined ranges, centrifuge repair capability (CRC), absorbency under load (AUL), gel bed permeability (GBP), absorption rate under pressure, etc. of the super absorbent resin, thereby being capable of improving the physical properties of a final diaper, and thereby being capable of manufacturing a diaper to which ultra-thin technology has been applied. The super absorbent resin comprises: crosslinked polymers wherein a powdered base resin is surface-crosslinked by C2-8 diol or a glycol-based compound, and the powdered base resin is manufactured by polymerizing water-soluble ethylene-based unsaturated monomers including an acidic group and at least partially neutralized using two or more kinds of inner crosslinking agents. |
