Provided is a sinking prevention and super high speed self-propulsion traveling ship comprising: a brake means (10) performing rapid braking function by having a vertical groove which is formed on the outside wall of the ship and has a brake panel protruding therefrom, and making the brake panel produce a frictional force with seawater; an air pocket unit (20) which has an entrance fixated in a space formed on the outside wall of a ship like an airbag, is normally placed in the space, is connected to a separate rapid air injection pump and a valve path to communicate with the entrance, and rapidly expands by a sensor operating for emergency to be exposed to the outside wall; a wing unit which is normally attached to the part of the outside wall corresponding to sea surface, and is folded to the sea surface to float the ship by reducing seawater resistance when the ship travels at a high speed; several jet engine units (40) arranged on the deck of the ship to be balanced from side to side; a drive means additionally installed on the bottom of the ship and coming in close contact with the bottom surface of the ship to supply self-propulsion to move the ship; and a reduction means (130) including an adjustment means controlling a brake operation angle in accordance with the inclined angle exposed to the outside wall (CU) of the brake panel (125). The ship is capable of using an excellent flying effect by a wing attached thereto, and travelling at a super high speed by minimizing a frictional force usually applied to ships, thereby reducing energy consumption, traveling hours, and logistics expenses in the era of high oil prices and in all aspects of the competition of speed.
