<p>The present invention relates to an Enterobacter asburiaem-4 strain. More specifically, an Enterobacter asburiaem-4 strain in the present invention decreases the level of ethylene, which is a plant hormone inhibiting the growth of plants and facilitating the aging of plants, by producing ACC deaminase and maintains the growth of plants under stress. The present invention is achieved by the steps of investigating the activity and production ability of ACC deaminase; investigating the production ability of the plant hormone; investigating the growth of tomato roots; and experimenting a small soil cultivation of tomatoes. In the present invention, the strain has effects of growing plants and can protect plants by using the strain to facilitate the growth of plants for plants under stress as microorganism fertilizer and thus can be used in industries like fertilizer and crop cultivation.</p> |
