<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for assessing a function of a vehicle head lamp system which can automatically conduct assessment on vehicle communication reliability and lighting function of the head lamp system, and to a method therefor. Comprised are a head lamp assembly; an image detection unit photographing the head lamp assembly; and a control unit determining whether the head lamp assembly is accurately controlled according to a control signal by outputting the control signal testing the head lamp assembly and analyzing the image photographed by the image detection unit.</p> |
