摘要 A power management device (10) of a vessel controls an exhaust heat recovery device for recovering exhaust gas energy from a main engine and generating electric power using a turbine, and a generator. An amount-of-power deriving unit (71) derives an amount of the electric power generated by the exhaust heat recovery device on the basis of physical amounts of gases at inlets of a gas turbine and a steam turbine, physical amounts of the gases at outlets of the gas turbine and the steam turbine, and parameters related to the exhaust heat recovery device, and an exhaust-heat-recovery-device controller (72) controls the exhaust heat recovery device on the basis of the derived amount of the electric power. A subtracter (73) calculates a difference between the derived amount of the electric power derived by the amount-of-power deriving unit (71) and an inboard power load, and a generator controller (74) controls other generators on the basis of the difference calculated by the subtracter (73). Therefore, the amount of the electric power generated by the exhaust heat recovery device provided in the vessel can be obtained more accurately.
