The present invention relates to a social issue evaluation server and a service method using the same to increase the need of a target achievement about a specific issue and explicitly check a progress status by enabling a subscriber in a group to continuously manage the target achievement process of the issue in a quantified way by setting the group of related subscribers. The present invention is able to not only quantitatively and clearly grasp ties of each assessor and the degree of a target achievement about a corresponding issue and continuously manage processes for the target achievement but also increase the utilization of a social network service by: setting a group as a preset object among social network service subscribers; generating each account for a specific issue and a target by making one or more beneficiaries of the subscribers included in the corresponding group; and then providing a score regarding a good or bad evaluation in a payment method for the renewal of a corresponding account by evaluating the behavior of the beneficiaries of the corresponding issue by having remaining subscribers of the corresponding group as assessors. |
