<p>Provided in an embodiment of the present invention are a fomenting ball providing herbal medicinal effect and a fomenting function, a fomenting pack using the same, and a method for manufacturing a fomenting ball including herbal medicine plants. The fomenting ball including herbal medicine plants, which is used in a fomenting pack is formed by the steps of putting the suitable amount of water into 70-90 parts by weight of ground herbal medicinal ingredients and 10-30 parts by weight of grain ingredients, kneading, forming into a ball shape, and drying. Moreover, the ground herbal medicinal ingredients are formed by mixing and crushing 30-40 parts by weight of a herbal medicinal mixture having Artemisia capillaris Thunberg, Artemisia princeps var. orientalis HARA, Chrysanthemum zawadskii var. latilobum, and Taraxacum platycarpum Dahlst., and 40-50 parts by weight of a herbal medicine plant which is any one main ingredient among Artemisia princeps Pampanini, Chrysanthemum zawadskii var. latilobum, Taraxacum platycarpum Dahlst., Panax ginseng C.
