<p>The present invention relates to a marker which can diagnose a metastatic brain tumor, a diagnostic composition using the same, a method for diagnosing and predicting a metastatic brain tumor, and a method for sorting drugs controlling expression or activation of the same. Specifically, the present invention relates to any one or more markers for diagnosis of metastatic brain tumor selected from a group consisting of MELK gene, a protein encoded from MELK gene, Vimentin gene, and a protein encoded from Vimentin gene, a diagnosis composition using the same, a method for diagnosing or predicting metastatic brain tumor, and a method for sorting drugs controlling expression or activation of the same.</p> |
