<p>Provided is an imaging device capable of correcting the output value of a pixel circuit. The imaging device includes: a pixel circuit, a current detection circuit, an A/D convertor, a memory circuit part, and a calculation circuit part. The pixel circuit has a transistor, a charge accumulation part, and a light receiving element. One or more memory circuit parts comprise a first lookup table which stores information of potential stored in a charge accumulation part by a light receiving element with regard to different illuminances, a second lookup table which stores information of an output valued through a current detection circuit of a transistor which is connected to a gate electrode layer in the charge accumulation part and an A/D convertor with regard to different potentials supplied to the charge accumulation part, and a region where image information outputted from the calculation circuit part is stored.</p> |
