<p>Provided is a device for treating a powder, wherein the humidity absorption of a powder in a first storage tank is controlled so that the initial moisture percentage of the powder before being dried can be controlled. The device for treating a power (1) has the first storage tank (10), a second storage tank (20), and a returning pipe (30) connecting both tanks. Moreover, the device (1) has a first gas introducing unit (60) for introducing an inert gas directly to the first storage tank (10) or through the returning pipe (30). Therefore, the inert gas is forcibly introduced in the first storage tank (10), and the infiltration of external air into the first storage tank (10) can be controlled. Accordingly, the humidity absorption of the powder (9) in the first storage tank (10) can be controlled, and the initial moisture percentage of the powder (9) before being dried can be controlled. As a result, the moisture percentage of the powder (9) in the second storage tank (20) can be reduced to a targeted moisture percentage.</p> |
