The present invention is to prevent strain caused by wear of a plastic supporting material inside a spring contact part due to unstable contact of a two-stage thickness spring structure and repetitive reciprocating motions of a spring for preventing the separation of the spring. In addition, the present invention is to fundamentally prevent electric contact malfunction due to dust generated by wear of the plastic supporting material. For this, a metal contact cap or a separation preventing projection can be used for maintaining a stable contact with the outside and preventing the separation of the spring by being manufactured at a fixed thickness in order to widen an electric contact area of the spring with the outside. Therefore, a sensor module prepared by the present invention can maintain a stable contact state even in a condition where vibration frequently occurs, can connect electric signals from a sensor, etc., can avoid internal structural strain even by repetitive reciprocating motions, and can transmit stable electric signals by enabling contact and connection. |
