The present invention includes a base (20) installed to receive the vibration of a vessel; a resonance generation part (30) which includes a weight tank (35) on a stem (32) in the upper side of the base (20); a weight variation part (40) which increases/decreases the weight of the resonance generation part (30) and induces the variation of a natural frequency; and a generating control part (50) which maintains the natural frequency in a set range by corresponding to the vibration frequency of the resonance generation part (30) and changes resonance energy into electric energy. Thus, the present invention induces the resonance of a set range by corresponding to a vibration mode in the constant region of a vessel and generates electricity by mechanical toque, so that the apparatus can be used for the common and emergency power of desired conditions. |
