The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of candies including oriental raisin tree and green tea. The candy manufactured by the method contains effective components included in the oriental raisin tree and green tea, thereby providing capacity to ease a hangover. In addition, the taste and flavor of the candy is good, so the candy of the present invention is widely used in food industry. The manufacturing method of the present invention comprises a step of putting saccharide and fruit extracts of oriental raisin tree in water and heating the same between 140 and 180 degree Celsius. |
