The present invention relates to a waiting guide system using a personal terminal, which includes: a personal terminal which generates and displays a QR code or NFC information mapped to a unique ID by executing an application for waiting guide; a waiting terminal which scans and reads the QR code the NFC information displayed in the personal terminal; a waiting guide server which provides an application for the personal terminal, and registers information of the application installed in the personal terminal, and gives a waiting number as to the QR code or the NFC information read out from the waiting terminal, and transmits the waiting number to the personal terminal and the waiting terminal; a call terminal which requests call information to call the personal terminal of a customer in his or her turn to the waiting guide server; and a display terminal which receives the call information of the call-requested customer from the waiting guide server and displays a call number. The application of the personal terminal receives real-time number information of waiting persons and call information from the waiting guide server. According to the present invention, a user of the system can check waiting status conveniently and can respond to the call. |
