FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: device for liquids mixing and for liquid phase chemical reactions in thin film includes rotor in form of a paraboloid of revolution equipped with cone branch, cone nozzle secured inside the cone branch of the rotor, vessels and unions for components supply, mass receiver. The rotor and cone nozzle are installed on vertical driven shaft, on the neck of the cone branch the vessel is rigidly secured to supply one of components, the cone nozzle is perforated, on the internal rotor surfaces along the concentric circles the cone exciting elements are installed in staggered order, their tips are arranged in perforated holes of the cone nozzle, the cone exciting elements are installed with possibility of their axial movement, the union for second component supply is installed in tip of the cone nozzle.EFFECT: invention allows improving of the liquid components mixing efficiency.3 dwg |
