Various aspects are described that may provide various communications services. These services may provide for the ability of a user to initiate or request a communication with a third party, such as an emergency service party or a vendor, using a network-coupled device that may be pre-associated with a physical address.

sending content over a network to a first device that is configured to present the content; receiving, by at least one computer, a first request; and determining, by the at least one computer, a contact destination based on a timestamp of a portion of the content that is being presented by the first device at a time of the first request.
