<p>The present invention has a drain path formed on the lower part of an inlet unit, which is formed as the surface of the ground is recessed, in order to drain the water drawn into the ground and the water below the ground, thereby reducing the underground water level. The present invention can also widen the area for cultivating crops and be easily constructed by relatively reducing the depth of the inlet unit by using multiple culverts.</p> |
