The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of snack corn chips and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of puffing snack corn chips without frying, which comprises a step of mixing materials consisting of corn flour, water and salt; a step of extruding a molded product by steaming while kneading the mixture with an extruder; a step of molding the extruded molded product into pellets by cutting while milling; a step of aging the molded pellets; a step of forming snack corn chips by puffing the aged pellets; and a step of coating saccharide liquid on the external side of the snack corn chips. The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of puffing snack corn chips for well-being so as to reduce calories by manufacturing snack corn chips by puffing without frying. |
