<p>The present invention has a purpose of providing a DNA marker used in a system which can scientifically discriminating the variety of ginseng. Moreover, the present invention has a purpose of providing an efficient marker which is used in forming a variety discrimination system having the improved through put per unit time for the large amount of ginseng containing products, and has the reduced amplifying magnitude of DNA fragments. The present invention relates to a primer set for discriminating the variety of ginseng and, more specifically, to a primer set for discriminating the variety of ginseng, which can discriminate the variety of ginseng within a short time by reducing the amplifying magnitude of DNA fragments.</p> |
