Nano particle of polydopamine derivatives, nano particle of polydopamine derivatives coated with water-nonsoluble drug and preparation methods thereof

The present invention relates to polydopamine based nanoparticles, polydopamine based nanoparticles on which insoluble drugs are coated, and a method for preparing the same. The polydopamine based nanoparticles according to the present invention can be prepared by One-pot processing. If insoluble drug is input while the polydopamine based particles are forming in the preparation process of the polydopamine based nanoparticles, insoluble drug bound nanoparticles can be easily formed, thereby having novel type drug attachment effect in which the drug is bound with the polydopamine based particle surfaces, not drug elution. The method for preparing the polydopamine based nanoparticles comprises the steps of: dissolving dopamine based monomers represented by chemical formula 1 in an organic solvent and preparing a reaction solution in which the polydopamine based particles are formed by adding base (step 1); and forming the polydopamine based particles formed in step 1 into nanoparticles having 10-500 nm particle sizes by adding water to the reaction solution of step 1 (step 2).
