<p>The present invention relates to a jig apparatus for friction stir welding applicable to a two-dimensional TWB method. The jig apparatus comprises a jig base, a backing plate, a holder, a slide device, and an elevating device. The jig base allows welded materials to be mounted on the upper side of one part to attach welded parts of the welded materials to each other along a welding line. The backing plate arranged to correspond to the welding line on the jig base supports the attached welded parts of the welded materials in a lower part. The holder fixes the welded materials with respect to the jig base as lowering by sliding toward the upper part of the welded materials while being elevated and arranged in the upper side of the other part of the jig base, and forms a welding hole in the part corresponding to the backing plate. The slide device guides sliding of the holder. The elevating device elevates the holder.</p> |
