<p>There is represented an oven comprising disposed vertically the case 1 having double-layer walls between which an air gap, a bottom 3, a cover 2, a component for product allocation–lattice 7, a tray 4 collecting fat with clearances relative to the case, and an electric heater 9 and switch 10 rested by means of rests on case bottom are provided. The oven additionally equipped with: thermometer 8 to measure temperature inside product, and a guide frame 5 for fat released at foodstuff thermal treatment. The guide frame for fat is executed truncated pyramid-shaped, side edges are inclined on 30-35° relative to horizontal line; big basis rests on the supports 6 rigid on the case walls longwise whole outer perimeter without clearance, and small basis is directed to the tray collecting fat. Oven bottom and cover are executed with double-layer walls like case walls, between which air gap is provided. Component for product allocation–lattice rests on the frame guide for fat. Furthermore, the electric heater is placed directly in oven case under tray collecting fat, and is connected to a heat controller 12.</p> |
