The present invention relates to a culture medium composition for culturing mushrooms and, more specifically, a culture medium composition for culturing mushrooms including a cassava stem, which can be used for culturing mushrooms in a bottle. In the present invention, provided are a new method for using the stem of cassava and a culture medium composition for culturing mushrooms including affordable cassava stem compared with an existing high-priced imported culture medium composition for culturing mushrooms wherein the cassava stem means the stem of cassava, crushed stem and/or crushed materials or powders from stem and extracts extracted from the stem of cassava. |
