METHOD OF WELDING OF EDGE-SURFACE PROFILES

FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: before starting the welding in the point of convergence of the edge with the surface the edge corner is fixed on the surface. Then the area of edge fixing is continued the point of convergence towards the edge feeding to the surface and a temporary zone is formed on the surface between them. Within this zone the edge position on the surface is identified with reference to the point of convergence of the edge with the surface and after completion of positioning the edge and the surface are welded with their simultaneous advancement with reference to this point of convergence. After completion of their welding the temporary zone is liquidated or edges on it are welded, completing thus welding of the profiles "edge-surface", or it is removed.EFFECT: invention allows to improve precision of manufacture of the profiles "edge-surface" by simplification and improvement of accuracy of process of positioning of the edge with reference to the surface.3 dwg
