1. An apparatus for exercising muscles of a user, comprising:
at least one elongated member having a dynamic mass distribution according to an orientation of the apparatus; and at least one handle coupled to the elongated member for the user to grasp; wherein the orientation of the apparatus may be altered by the user so as to exercise the muscles of the user; wherein two or more elongated members are disposed parallel to each other; wherein a set consists of exactly two elongated members disposed parallel to each other; wherein one or more handles perpendicularly connect each set of elongated members. |
