The purpose of the present invention is to provide a polymer electrolyte composition capable of adjusting the solubility of polymers. Provided are a polymer electrolyte composition, an electrolyte membrane, a membrane-electrode assembly and a fuel cell. The polymer electrolyte composition according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first solvent; a second solvent different from the first solvent; and polymers reacting with the first solvent and the second solvent, wherein the polymers include functional groups reacting with the first solvent via a first reaction energy and reacting with the second solvent via a second reaction energy, and the second reaction energy is smaller than the first reaction energy. |
