FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: bench for testing of the friction pairs "shaft-bushing" contains an electric motor, frame, flywheel, revolution counter, bearing assemblies, loading device, rocking arm. The loading device contains the housing, rod, flanges, supports, springs. The supports are rigidly connected to the housing. On the rod the springs are installed. The flanges are connected to the housing ends. The rocking arm contains a fork, a kingpin, a bracket, a bar. The fork and the brackets are connected with the kingpin. The flywheel is installed in bearing assemblies in the upper part of the frame. Rocking arms with one end are hingedly connected to the flywheel, with the other end - are hingedly connected to the loading device rod.EFFECT: conducting of simultaneous test for wear of conjugate surfaces of shaft-bushing type subjected to bilateral radial loading.3 dwg |
