FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ophthalmosurgery and can be used for the surgical management of retinal detachment. Through a flap retinal puncture localised in inferior and total detachments - in inferior internal sclera at three millimetres from an insertion of an inferior rectus muscle, and in the other cases - in a projection of the higher detached retina, subretinal fluid is gradually drained, and simultaneously through the second scleral puncture in a projection of a flat portion of a ciliary body, normal saline is administered into a vitreous body for stretching and attaching the retina to a choroid.EFFECT: method enables providing the stable retinal adhesion, improving the visual functions over a short period of time.4 dwg |
