FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: measuring method of layer thickness of a turbine blade being coated involves measurement by laser triangulation of a turbine blade before and during or after the coating application. Layer thickness is calculated based on different turbine blade measurements and considering turbine blade deformation. At least one reference point of the turbine blade is used to determine turbine blade deformation, besides, the reference point is located on a bulk blade root.EFFECT: non-destructive measuring method is provided.7 cl, 8 dwg |
