A method of treating cancer, which comprises: administering a carcinostatic agent to a patient in need thereof comprising, as an active ingredient, a cell transduced or transformed with a nucleic acid (A) and a nucleic acid (B), and expressing in said cell the nucleic acid (A) and the nucleic acid (B), wherein the nucleic acid (A) encodes a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 5, and wherein a nucleic acid (B) encodes a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 7, wherein expression of the nucleic acids (A) and (B) results in production of polypeptides that form a receptor that specifically binds an HLA-A24-restricted, MAGE-A4143-151 complex, wherein the transduced or transformed cell is a T cell, and wherein the cancer expresses HLA-A24-restricted, MAGE-A4143-151 antigen.
