The present invention provides an implant for stabilizing bones or vertebrae. The implant (1) is a strong body including a vertical axis (L) defining the vertical direction and includes a flexible section having a plane and the vertical length (l). The flexible section is located to be close to the plane and includes at least one cavity (12) having the width (w), shorter than the length of the flexible section, in the vertical direction. The cavity is connected with the plane by at least one slit (13). The width (w) of the slit in the vertical direction is narrower than the width (ws) of the cavity. |
