FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: internal combustion engine fuel atomiser has needle (1) fitted in central bore (2) of atomiser sprayer case (3) for reciprocation therein to open or close at least one injection orifice (4). Needle circular sealing part (5) made at its end facing the combustion chamber interacts with conical sealed seat (6) made at atomiser spray case end (3) facing the combustion chamber. In compliance with this invention, conical sealed seat (6) features cone apex angle (?) varying from 40 to 50 degrees. Central bore (2) has smaller-diameter guide section (7) made along the seat. Said section directs said needle (1) at reciprocation and is made within the section of central bore (2) the length of which makes not over 40% of sprayer case (3) total length if seen from the case end facing the combustion chamber.EFFECT: perfected design.5 cl, 2 dwg |
